I just love this pan. You will need two burns to cook since it is so big. But definitely worth it. I fried 24 perogies at one time! Worth it.
Lodge 17 in skillet
This skillet is wonderful. It's large, roomy and nonstick. My biscuits get a nice crispy golden crust on the bottom. They stay light and tender on the inside and golden on the top. Love this skillet. Great for stir frying too.

This is Our Fajitas Pan
This pan is huge. Its very heavy. It is not cheaply made, it is very thick and heavy duty. We use it to cook outside. It is even a little hard to get into the sink to wash. Even though its a little hard to handle, we love it.
We love making big family size batches of fajitas with chicken, beef, green peppers and onions. We could not find a pan that was big enough without having to make them in batches. Then we found this pan. Its perfect. We use on the turkey fryer base. You can get this pan hot over the gas, much hotter than making in a skillet on the stove. They come out perfect and all sizzling like at restaurants.
