Sharp and hold edge. Loved so much, I ordered another set. Can never find one to use, because everyone else in the family likes these so well, they are always grabbing them to use. Need to order another set for just me!!
Very Sharp Knives, But Handle is Too Light!
The knives are very sharp...but the handle is too light! Therefore the knives do not feel balanced when using them. It's almost a bit scary as I have to be so very careful to not cut myself. A more balanced heavier handle would have made these a five star set. Nice for the money, but not as pleasurable to work with since one has to be so careful!

These knives are as described, sharp, light weight and have comfortable handles. They do the job at a low price.
BAD BLADES ~GOOD HANDLES
These Henckels blades are not premium quality. I like the blades on the Swiss made Forschner paring knives more than these, but the larger handles on these Chinese made Henckels knives were more comfortable for my large hands. I have an older German made Henckels paring knife that has a superior blade to these blades. Too bad you can't purchase the Forschner blades with these Henckels handles. These Chinese made Henckels paring knives are still better than a cheap supermarket brand. I recommend the Forschner paring knife set over the Henckels paring knife set, but they both have there pros and cons.

I owned the set, but the blue knife got thrown out and I was happy to be able to replace it without buying the wooden block, knife holder.
