I'm one of the disappointed
Sounds like a wonderful idea, looks like just what I wanted. It might work IF it had a really wide, stable base. You can only use it lying on the floor, or it feels really wobbly. In my case, I used it lying on the bed, and after a while of my neck trying to stay really still, using some muscles I wasn't used to using in a delicate way like that, those muscles tensed up like crazy and triggered a really bad episode where I had a week of complete pain being unable even to lift my head to normal position. I had to walk around with my face towards the floor which felt idiotic. Chiropractor told me he could only do so much fixing while my muscles were irritated like that, and I had to just lie on ice packs a while. Ouch. So maybe this gadget's ... Read More

I have bulging disks in my neck with referred pain in my shoulders and back. 15 minutes with this device makes me feel much better.

I've owned REAL-EaSE Neck Support for about 2 weeks now, and it is the first 2 weeks in over 15 years where I have been free of neck pain. I cant believe I actually found something that worked. I've tried everything from different pillows, massagers, chair supports, hot and cold compresses .... you name it. I had actually given up a while ago, but I stumbled across this and thought I'd give it one more shot. I'm so glad I did!
I do agree that for $25, there isnt much 'there', but it is well worth the price to me. I suffered with pain in the back of my neck, with the majority of it right at the base of my head that would give me horrible tension headaches. Massage client's love it!
I've been using this item in my massage practice for over a month now and my clients have all reported that they LOVE it! They rest their head on the Real EaSe Neck Support while I work on their hands, arms, and feet, and they say that they are able to fully relax because their head and neck feels comfortable.
I use it for myself at the end of the day and it feels marvelous.
Neck Pain?
This is a great product, at first it seems like a cheap piece of plastic, but it is actually quite comfortable if you lay a towel on it. Don't spend to much time on it because it streches the neck muscles and can cause some sorness in those muscles, but the pulling action that streches the neck and opens the joints will go a long way to easing pain cuased by a day at the computer or just typical pain for compressed disks.
