Circulon Deep Skillet
This is a fantastic pan that holds a tremendous amount of food. I use it to brown 5 pounds of hamburger at one time. It is wonderful. My only complaint is that the skillet is very heavy and when combined with whatever food you have in the pan moving it becomes an issue. A handle on the other side of the pan would be awesome but all in all this pan is great. Easy clean up and the lid handle is insulated so it never gets hot to touch.

I've had this skillet about 3 months. {I got it to replace a similar Farberware one that I had loved. After 10 years, it suddenly went from non-stick to ever-stick.} I use this for one-dish meals, stir-fry, frying 2-5 lbs of ground beef to freeze, and many other things. I probably use it several times a week. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that it could really use a helper handle. It works to use a pot holder on the lip opposite the handle to transfer the skillet from the stove to the table. But,if I need to transfer the contents into something else, it's better to use a measuring cup to transfer rather than trying to pour. Awesome pan!
I love this pan! I was worried the handle would be too heavy, as the other reviews suggested, but I did not find that to be the case. The pan cooks well, is easy to clean, and the fact that it comes with a cover is awesome! I generally like this brand of pots and pans, and this particular pan does not disappoint! I highly recommend it!
