Just received my Oneida roasting pan today, and must say I'm very impressed! The pan is VERY heavy and looks well made - a fantastic deal for $29.99, especially when I saw one not even half as nice for $40.00 at Tuesday Morning yesterday!!
Roasting veggies
I bought this very large roasting pan for baking lots and lots of veggies. It does hold a lot; cooks evenly and well; and so far is holding up well (after 6 weeks).

Having been in the restaurant business, I thought I was getting a good deal. When in fact the coating (not advertised) starting coming off with the 1st use. I would not buy Oneida Commercial Roast Pan with Rack again!
