I have been taking many steps to relieve my IBS, which I understand is relatively mild compared to others. Since I started taking this once a day, along with acidophulis and watching my eating habits, I have seen a big improvement. If you are feeling bad, it's worth a try.

OH MY GOD!
About 4 months ago, i got sick. doctors dont know why, just got sick. constant diarrea and horrible stomach pains. Was given, aciphex, levsbid, and xanax. 100.00 worth of pills a month and I still lay awake crying at night becuase nothing worked. Bought this 4 weeks ago after reading reviews. for 3 weeks now, diarrea is gone and my upper stomach pain is 80% better. It is like a miracle.
