nice idea, bad design
i purchased the pro performance speedminton speeders. i have been playing badminton for 30 years and i'm acustomed to the normal amount of swing needed to volly a shuttlecock. these speeders are impossible to play with. if you hit it with a minimal amount of swing, it goes a mile. nice idea to be able to play badminton in the dark, but with these you need a badminton court the size of a football field. (i'm not kidding, the first one is on my two story roof.) i'm going to try and drill some holes in them to lighten them up so you might actually be able to play with them. also the light sticks are very small and are not very bright. if you love badminton as much as i do, save your money and play during the day.
Works well!
I have always wanted to be able to play badminton in the dark and now I can! These light up well enough to be easily seen in the dark, and are a lot of fun. In fact the darker it is the better you can see them. They really should come with the light sticks required for illumination though rather than being two separate items.
glow in the dark birdies
i am extremely satisfied with Pro Performance Speedminton 3pk Night Speeders! ya they are a bit smaller as the usual birds, but they surely do the job, and i found that the necklace glow sticks work just great as the light source for Pro Performance Speedminton 3pk Night Speeders. but surely the 8pk speedlight that is offered in addition to purchasing the birdies, is an awsome deal too!!!... so don't hazitate add them to your shopping cart. oh and don't forget to look around for more awsome stuff! like other birdies! the selection is great! have fun. No night sticks
The main reason I bought these is because they are for NIGHT play. They do not come with glow sticks and I had to turn around and buy them!!
