This is one of those items that did not matter very much to me how quickly it arived. Thus Amazons free shipping was just icing on the cake for me. Amazon does let you know that the free shipping is sloooow but my order arrived well within the time that Amazon indicated.
Best bacon tray for the microwave
I have used this bacon tray for 15 years. It cooks bacon evenly and I have been very pleased with it. I have tried other trays in the past but they pale in comparison. This tray consistently makes good bacon, is easy to clean, and is good for defrosting frozen meats.
Great for small amounts
This tray works very well for when you don't need to fry up an entire pound of bacon. It doesn't taste as good as frying, but is probably healthier since it isn't sitting in its own grease. The only real draw back is that you need a pretty large microwave oven to allow it to rotate. If it hangs up, the middle pieces tend to burn.
