Fantastic Knives
Now if your not used to very sharp knives you are going to have to be very careful with these. My wife proceeded to cut herself numerous time the first time she used them. They are well balanced and are very easy to keep clean. You need to hone them each time you use them to keep them at there best. Great knives and they should do the job for years to come.

I love these knifes. I don't cook everyday but when I do these make my life a lot easier. I don't need 12 different kinds so I was happy to see this set of two. The grip is very comfortable, it's nice and lightweight. I'm know the other reviewers have talked about the sharpness. I love how sharp they are, thats he whole point right?
Fantastic Knives
These knives are a pleasure. My parents bought me my first 'good' knife about 6 months ago, and finally decided to take the plunge for this pair.
The small one is even great for my nine year old daughter.
Good knife set, but watch for mislabeling
I was sent a mislabled Gusto Grip set instead. These are very nice in that they have a rubber grip. I would have prefered the coppertail ones, as they match the decor of our kitchen, but the ones I received are great!
Marvelous Knives
I love these knives. They are exceptionally sharp and will even slice freshly baked bread without mashing it down. Veggies are like butter. I would urge you to put these in your knife collection. But, then again, you may not use the old ones at all!!
