Great-tasting energy bar
I discovered Soldier Fuel Energy Bars, Real Chocolate, 2.29-Ounce Bars (Pack of 15). several years ago when it was sold as "Hooah Bar". I'm not sure why the name was changed to "Soldier Fuel", but the bar hasn't changed a bit. The bar is chocolate with soy crisps. It lives up to the claims of slow sustained energy. I use it frequently on long bicycle rides where you may not pass a convenience store all day. I am self-employed and sometimes eating a traditional lunch doesn't fit my schedule. I keep several of these bars as lunch substitutes and they keep my hunger satisfied. The bar is not sold locally so I depend on Amazon as a reliable source for Soldier Fuel Energy Bars, Real Chocolate, 2.29-Ounce Bars (Pack of 15)..
Hooray for Hooah
Great stuff. Probably the best-tasting bars on the market. One at midday keeps me going at work (construction). Glad their available to civilians now. Also great for hikes and survival kits. Although there may be healthier bars available, they definitely don't taste or work as good as Soldier Fuel!

I've been eating these before my sports practices and during tournaments, and they've served me well. Chocolate and apple are delicious.
"Hooah!" is not even printed on the packaging!
The package I received says "Soldier Fuel" (not "Hooah!") and I was really disappointed by that. I thought it was funny & neat so I bought it, but I did not get what was advertised.

These bars are great right before a big workout in the gym and also about 1 hour before I go running. I've tried many bars and the taste cannot be beat!
