I received these as a gift over a year ago and use them all the time. They cut meat like butter are also especially good for slicing tomatoes, which my pricey Wusthof (non-cerated) slicers have trouble with. And they don't rust--this from someone who is very bad about letting dishes soak overnight or longer! Guests often comment on how nice they are. I'm ordering them as a gift now and am sure they'll be very appreciated.
