For all that these are great looking boots, they are the most uncomfortable pair of boots I have ever worn. I gave them away the day I got them. I made sure the recipient was aware of how uncomfortable I had found them. Maybe someone who skis could tolerate them better than I did.
Great boots!
I bought these boots for my mother. She is not an "out-doors woman" but she walks the dog several times a day in Chicago where it gets very cold and wet and generally cruddy. She has a very high arch but there was enough room to be comfortable. They are very warm yet she was able to go grocery shopping in them without overheating or discomfort. Easy to get into, very good on ice, sturdy, cute. I will probably buy some for myself now!
