Long form
This is a wonderful tool. I don't think I've ever used it to make risotto, but I've used it for just about everything else. I got mine from a kitchen supply store after breaking a similar (but lower quality) tool. I have no fear of ever breaking this one. Mine's about two years old and still going strong. Mario Batali Risotto Paddle
This is a nice paddle. I use it for more than rissoto. When cooking anything that might stick to bottom of the pot this paddle allows you to easily scrape the bottom ie soups etc.
