What Others Say

It just doesnt work. And no one knows why
Bottom Line: The tuner randomly quits on me. The radio station cuts off, and the "radio" option disappears from my ipod menu altogether. I have to unplug it, plug it back in, and hope that it works. Sometimes i can get 2 hours of radio time. Sometimes i get 2 seconds. Literally. It will work for mere seconds before needing to be unplugged/replugged again.

I understand the whole point of owning an iPod is to avoid commercial radio altogether. I bought this thing for one station alone (Seattle's KEXP), and i cant even enjoy that. I dont want a separate cheapie FM tuner, because i want to only carry one device around, kthx. This WOULD be an awesome little gadget, but it just doesnt want to be one.

Apple Ipod Radio Remote MA070G/D
It's difficult and dangerous to ride a bicycle and operate a nano at the same time until now with the Ipod remote/FM. It's very small and light weight. I attatch a couple of fat small rubber bands to the clip on the back and then slip it over my middle finger like a ring, loosely. Either wear it like a ring on top of your finger to keep it out of the way, and still use your hands for tasks, like typing (doing it now) or whatever... or rotate it to the palm side, then you can use your thumb to control all the functions. I use the palm side when riding my road bike for miles and miles, surfing my 500 songs in bliss. I also use it this way when just walking about. Excellent quality, all functions very responsive, FM reception fine. Never use my ... Read More

Live! Through the iPod!
This is a cool little addition for those who like to stay plugged in. It works pretty well and is easy to use. After I purchased it and used it a little I realized that, although I enjoy several live radio shows, I'd rather not spend even more time with things in my ears. Now it is just another gadget in the drawer. (I DO like my iPod a lot.)

Works just like it says it does!
It's a fairly strong receiver - even in such a crowded market like NYC. All the controls work as advertised. Wire is a bit long, but since it's also the antennae - I guess it has to be that long. Only other "minor" gripe is that I have to turn the iPod video on before I connect the radio or else it doesn't recognize it. I'm happy with the purchase and Amazon's quick delivery is the best in the on-line business!

work buts great
It does exactly like it says it will but it is very pricey for what it does. One earbud did not work and it had to be returned.
