Great yogurt maker!
This is the best item I have added to my kitchen in a long time - no more paying lots of money for yogurt with additives and preservatives! Now I have delicious, fresh yogurt whenever I want it and in whatever flavor I want.
Simple and Easy
I eat TONS of yogurt and prefer the low-fat, low-sugar kind, but it has become hard to find. This yogurt maker fills the bill perfectly. The recipe included with the machine makes creamy yet tart yogurt and the directions are easy to follow and the machine is simple to use. I highly recommend it.
Neat
This is the neatest little yogurt maker. It's a perfect size, for making just the right amount of yogurt for me. I am having a ball making my own and this makes it so easy.
Great Yogurt maker
I have found this yogurt maker to work great. The timer does not work, but I don't use it anyway, so I don't care. I have made many batches and have figured out I like it best after about 5 or 6 hours, so I just time it myself. The yogurt is fabulous as is, but I have tried to add fruit or flavorings and it will not set up right if I add things to it. I love it plain anyway, or with honey! This is a great yogurt maker and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to make healthier yogurt than you can buy.

This seems like a great product so far. I've used it 4 times and it's worked perfectly. I think it's well on it's way to paying for itself.
It's very easy to use. The one thing I'd add to the instructions is this... If you are making yogurt from fat free milk add a couple of tablespoons of powdered milk to the scalded milk after it's cooled down to the correct temperature. I read this somewhere on the internet and it's worked like a charm so far. The instructions state that yogurt from fat free milk takes up to 12 hours, but I have been adding the powdered milk and it only takes about 8-9 hours for the yogurt to firm up.
