What a sticky mess!
Unless you like a mouth full of sticky gunk combined with a couple of plastic strips that dont adhere, then I;'d say not to bother. I only gave Classic Whitestrips-Crest Dental Whitening System, 56 Strips a star as my saving grace were my invisligns that I could use to hold the strips in. As to the whitening, it was kinda meh....no great improvement but no great loss for doing it.
Great Product w/ Visible Results!
After I used the strips for just 8 uses friends of mine noticed my whiter teeth and commented on their own. But I think you would need to continue using Classic Whitestrips-Crest Dental Whitening System, 56 Strips to hang on to the results. Also I am not a Smoker. Maybe using this package 2-3 times a year would keep your teeth white all year 'round.

Okay for the money, but there is a better option
What works for me is this: I bought the Whiter Smile 35% Bleaching Kit from Amazon for a few dollars more but had trouble with the fit of the dental trays. So I applied the bleaching gel directly to generic whitening strips from Walmart and it worked perfectly; Whiter Smile mentioned using strips as an alternative to trays. I noticed a difference in my teeth after one application of thirty minutes. I didn't notice too much change in the whiteness of my teeth when I used the Crest whitening strips for a week.

These whitened very well. I had two major problems with them though; The strips slid around terribly, and I also had an extreme sensitivity to them so I couldnt use them more than once a day. I have heard that the Aquafresh trays are comparable so I may try them next time instead.
