best lube on the market... at least that i've tried. i used to put wd40.. which i found out is a no-no... it would clog the bearings up with alot of dirt... but this stuff doesn't attract dirt.. keeps u rolling dirt-free.. and can even help for non-bones bearings too.

The Bones Speed Cream is an astounding product that nearly doubled the run time of my bearings and made noticeable increases in my speed and agility on the first use. Just squirt a little in every bearing. Don't forget to clean out your bearings first. Please, use gloves because oil from the fingers ruins bearings when you contact them with hands. Plus, its pretty obvious that your hands are pretty dirty.
