Not bad..
18'' Tiger Tail Rolling Muscle Massager is good for broad, major muscles, particularly calves and thighs. However, around joint areas like ankles and knees, the pressure's more blunt making it harder to work sensitive areas thoroughly. Otherwise, it's good. Works well on your face too! :) (area with highest concentration of muscle mass in the body!)
Great tool - works when you use it!
Wow - this is a great tool for IT band issues. It is a wonderful instrument, I'm amazed at the improvement with daily use. Then, when I skip a couple days, I can tell the difference.
Occasionally it 'sticks' to my looser clothing, but that is the only downside I've found.

I found 18'' Tiger Tail Rolling Muscle Massager to be very good for the back which is why I ordered it. I have to have someone roll it up and down as I cannot do that myself. That is the only drawback. If I needed it elsewhere, it would be totally perfect. It still is but I have to wait for help. It gets into the muscles of the back that are stiff or sore. Worth the price!
