What Others Say

Sonicare really delivers
They advise you to replace these heads about every six months. I can see why because well into month five, they start to wear quickly. But once you get that new set, it's smooth sailing all over again. What a lovely ride, too.

The color-codes are great and handy. Philips Sonicare Elite (E-Series) Replacement Brush Head, Compact (2-Pack) doesn't get the extra star because of the unreasonable price. Wow.

technology for teeth
I bought the Elite compact heads on the recommendation of my dental hygienist. The smaller head seems to fit into the angles of my teeth better. I like the Sonicare products in general.

Sonicare
Absolutely the best toothbrush on the market. I use compact head replacement brushes because I have braces and the smaller surface works better than the standard head for cleaning orthodontic appliances. I find it necessary to replace the brush every four months, as I must brush after each meal, usually three times a day.

compact head works better for me
I like this compact head brush. I've often felt awkwardness maneuvering regular size brush. I guess it was too big for my mouth. Now using compact head brush, and I think I'm being able to brush my teeth better.

Compact=Small, Excellent for difficult to reach back teeth

Sample compact brush head came with my Sonicare 2pack brush kit (2 std, 1 compact). When I got around to using it, I found it excellent for reaching the back teeth. My hygienist scolds me for not keeping the back teeth clean but it's not easy to do with the standard size heads unless one has more space. Oral B brushes are the right size for me and Colgate are too large if that helps readers get an idea. Can't find the compact version in stores easily so Amazon is a great resource. ... Read More
