Good But There Must Be Better
While MuscleTech-Hydroxycut Hardcore 120 Liquid Capsules does curb your appetite, I find that I cannot take it after one o'clock in the afternoon. It makes me antsy and I cannot fall asleep for hours after taking a less than recommended dose. I will however continue to purchase MuscleTech-Hydroxycut Hardcore 120 Liquid Capsules because I believe that it helps with my weight loss. It does not help as fast as the commercials say, but then again it depends on the persons diet and exercise routine.
Didn't work for me.
I exercise at least 5 times a week and followed the directions on the bottle about drinking at least 10 bottles of water a day, and taking the pills before eating and it did not work for me. I took it for a month and then started feeling really weird, dizziness, faster heartbeat and stopped taking the pills. All in all I ended up right where I started, about 20 pounds overweight. I wasted my $60 on MuscleTech-Hydroxycut Hardcore 120 Liquid Capsules. Obviously it has different effects for different people but I would rather have my money in my pocket.
Great product! 25 lbs in 10 weeks!
My wedding was 10 weeks out and I tipped the scales at 220. There was no time for any more excuses. The Monday after I finished my last class, I hit the gym and took the maximum serving recommended (3 pills) just before I left the house. I would work one muscle a day, 3 different exercises and do cardio for at least 30 minutes, sometimes 50 depending on my stamina that day or time restraints. I would run 90% of the time, and my heart rate was rarely under 160 bpm.

Mixed Results
I know these types of products are different for everyone, but this didnt seem to do much for me. I have been taking maximum dosage but havent noticed a real impact. Other products have worked better for me "personally". I miss ephedra.
Works Great if Taken With Care
I started taking MuscleTech-Hydroxycut Hardcore 120 Liquid Capsules 2x (2x daily) to help me overcome a plateau in my weight loss and train for a police academy running program. Like any other product, it's not a miracle cure, and you aren't going to lose weight by taking a few pills and sitting on the couch all week.
That being said, let me tell you that this stuff will DEFINITELY improve your workout. The energy boost is amazing if taken 15-40 minutes before your workout, especially intense cardio.
