Very reliable
I have been using this past 1 year and am never disappointed. Its really good for overnight and heavy flow. The only thing which I dont like about Always Maxi Overnight Pads with Flexi-Wings, 56-Count Package Pads (Pack of 2) is that it does not have appropriate disposable pouch. I wish they would make a bag like pouch which covers the whole thing at the time of disposable. But I would definitely recommend to everyone.
