Great product. I have been using Arbonne @ +$30 month for several years. This works just as well. Great for my PMS symptoms, and perimenopause. Some problems with hot flashes, but night sweats 95% gone!
Not a cure for my PMDD
I've been using this for the two weeks before my period and I have never had worse PMS. I feel like I could literally kill someone. After doing a lot of research, I thought progesterone cream might help me with my severe PMDD.
I'm at a loss. My docs won't check my hormone levels saying it's not needed. I'm an absolute lunatic for 2 months of the months. Half my life. No one will help me and they say it's just normal.

Relief already!
I am pre-menopausal and my primary symptoms are heavy periods and irritation. In the last few days, I have felt the fog lifting from my head; I did not realize how bad it was until it was gone.
