Creating really moist roasts
This roaster fills a gap between a roasting pan and a steamer. It lets you cook meat in a moisture-suffused atmosphere while the grate insert keeps the meat out of the liquid at the bottom.
What I also like is that the pan is safe Pyrex (glass) and not coated with Teflon, which according to some studies, outgasses fumes that may be dangerous.
