Gingko Biloba helps short term recall!!
I bought irwin naturals gingko biloba because i was trying to learn large amounts of material for couple of certification tests. It really helps short term recall my concentration seems to be better. I'm not sure it help's long term recall or not . After you take it a while its effects are more subtle but i still feel my memory and concentration are better now since i started taking it 6 mo ago. I can easily say the gingko helped me pass those tests. I recommend it to anyone who feels that their memory is lacking or just wants better overall brain circulation. WONDERFUL
As a guinea pig for supplements and a person with ADD, i can tell you that i have probably tried everything (I mean, even stuff from around the world).
This really works.
The bioavailability means that it works very quickly and you don't have to take as many pills as you do with a close competitor, Focus Factor.
Now, take it as directed as it is not quite as effective after 11am, and it is not as effective if you have had little to no sleep (sorry new mothers!) but then none of the supplements are...
This is great for ADD people and even better if you don't have it. I have given it to my mother and sister and they had better concentration and memory.
