Good, but I was mistaken
This is a good knife, but if you are looking for a good all around knife, like a santoku or chef's, then this aint it. I did not notice that it was serated until it came. My bad. it really limits the uses of the knife. but very sharp anyways

Excellent knife ! I would recommend it to everyone. Literally cuts like "Butter". Makes cooking even more of a pleasure.
7 inch Santoku
This knife is outstandingly sharp and well balanced. It has full-tang construction for strength and durability. The edge is serated and cuts like the proverbial hot knife through butter.
I certainly have not needed to sharpen this blade yet. It cuts even the softest breads and tomatoes with extreme ease and no deformation. The balance of the knife is perfect, it fits the hand well and is now my favorite knife to use.
