Big and Slippery what more could you want!
These are so nice and big, much bigger then my old cookie sheets. They worked beautifully in my convection oven. No sign of hot spots just nice even baking. The finish is very slick so when you take them out of the oven be careful your baked goods don't slide off onto the floor, these are very nonstick! The only thing I miss about my old stainless sheets is that I could cut my pizza right on the sheet. If you are using these for stromboli or pizza or anything that requires slicing, make sure to move it to a board before using that knife you don't want to ruin the nonstick surface! Great cookie sheets!

I just got a new stove with a convection oven and was looking for three large cookie sheets with no sides. The oven instructions said cookies would convection-cook better on sheets with no sides than sheets with low sides. I wanted to load all three shelves up at once with cookies. I bought one of these jumbos and boy was I impressed. First the size; the dimentions given are dead on--15.5 x 20 inches. The turned up grip edge makes the actual cooking surface to be 14-3/4 x 20 inches. This is perfect for my oven. This gives me about 1 to 2 inches all the way around the sheet so the air can circulate as it should. Second the weight; this sheet is heavier than I thought it would be. The only one I use anymore!
I use this cookie sheet constantly. It's a great size and it cooks evenly. The only problem is I have a hard time grabbing it out of the oven with an oven mitt on. I wish the lip was just a little bit deeper or had a rolled edge or something. It's a small inconvenience though because overall it's terrific.

Being a strong believer that you 'get what you pay for', when I decided I wanted a superior quality cookie sheet, I went directly to a Farberware product - and Farberware definately did not disappoint with this cookie sheet. Firstly, it's huge, so it easily bakes over a dozen very large cookies at a time. And, it bakes them beautifully - the entire pan baked evenly, and the bottom of the cookies were perfect! This is, hands down, the BEST cookie sheet I've ever owned. Now, I have an incredible cookie sheet to bake my incredible chocolate chip with pecans cookies on! Excellent, excellent product!
No home baker should be without this!
This is a replacement of what I already own. If you are baking Christmas cookies, Farberware Insulated Bakeware 15-1/2-by-20-Inch Jumbo Cookie Sheet is a must! The "double wall" helps to avoid burning the bottom. Highly reccomend. Once you use these, you will throw away all your single layer baking dishes.
