Product DescriptionHighly-concentrated, non-alcoholic, and unsweetened all natural gourmet flavouring. The pleasant licorice flavour is excellent for flavouring pizzelle cookies and biscotti. Don't let the tiny bottle fool you; a very small amount is packed with flavour and aroma. Use in candies, chocolates, ice cream, baking, or anywhere an extra bit of flavour is desired. 1 ounce bottle. Kosher. Anise solidifies (or freezes) at 59°F; this is a criterion value of anise. During colder months the anise may become solid during shipping. Do not be alarmed, this is actually a normal occurance. In other words, if crystallization has occured, it is your assurance of good value anise. If the anise has crystallized, warm the anise oil until it is liquified and shake.
