Calphalon Commercial 5 QT nonstick saucier
This is perfect for stews, chili, chicken and noodles and I especially love it at Christmas for making candy. No difficult cleanup and it can also be used in the oven for an all-in-one meat, potato and veggie meal. Just my kind of cookware!!

Go to your local kitchen store and see this pan for over $100...now look at the amazon price with free shipping.....beaten hands down online. This pan like my other 8 Amazon Calphalon purchases is why I come back. No problems, does not come warped ( like it does on other sites), sturdy and has withstood home & commercial use. These pans can be used anywhere and with any temp. Looks good on Viking stove or a Whirlpool stove and clean up is a breeze once the pan has cooled off.
High quality but a little bit short
The non-stick feature is very helpful. Easy to clean and always shiny. Only complain is it's a little bit wide and short.
You can't beat the price
I really enjoy this saucier. I purchased it after enjoying my previous Calphalon pan so much, and I wasn't disappointed. This is a nice, small-sized saucier that's perfect for sauces and soups. The pan heats up evenly and quickly.
I like using it for chili, spaghetti sauce with meat, jambalaya with shrimp, and other dishes that require cooking or browning meat before adding the rest of the ingredients. It's great for fixing "fillings" in dishes that get partially cooked before being placed in an oven, like the meat and rice for stuffed peppers, or chicken and veggies for pot pies. I also use it for those bagged, frozen complete dinners that require cooking the meat before adding sauces and veggies.
