The best chocolate fountain
After using a lot of different fountains, this one has an excellent presentation, and works very well. It's motor has a great working capacity and it has a beautifull color. I strongly recommend it!
Like it a lot!
I like it quite a bit. I just wish it were bigger. I am a caterer and have used it for wedding receptions. It is a big hit with guests and brides a like.
Motor too slow, then burned out.
Junk!
We melted, mixed and thinned the chocolate exactly per the directions enclosed. We leveled the unit with a bubble level.
Problem:
The unit uses and Archimedes screw to lift the liquid within the tower.
The tower must be precisely fitted over the screw in order for the screw to turn freely; there is too much play in the Archimedes screw/motor shaft connection.
That said, the motor turns too slowly to adequately lift the liquid; less than 2 RPM. We verified the screw was not bound and continued to let the motor run. Within 5 minutes, the motor failed. The chocolate had not hardened and was very free-flowing

Wonderful
Wonderful to use, easy clean up and worked awesome- perfect!!! For 5 hours no trouble! Don't forget to turn it off after 2 minutes and turn it right back on to have the perfect flow of chocolate that is the trick to perfect flowing chocolate!!!

Is a good product with excellent price but...
I have bought several fountains as this one, but two of them have come you rotate that it was guaranteeing it is to re-put the broken pieces?
I live in caracas venezuela and it is very costly to return the fountain of which way might acquire the suppliesreplacements in good condition?
