Great little heater
I got this heater to use in my home office. I close the door and, even on low setting, it stays nice and toasty. It saves a ton of energy because I can turn the thermostat way down on the rest of the house during the day. This radiator is not designed to heat fast and it doesn't. But it does provide silent, gentle radiant heat that doesn't dry out the air. I just set the timer to come on about an hour before I start work. Seems pretty safe too, as the cat enjoys lying practically against it. The little red tabs on the timer feel fragile and are a little hard to adjust, but I don't change the settings much so it's not a big deal. When I got the DeLonghi I plug it in and it took like about 15 minutes to heat BUT...After that It realy works and warms 2 rooms easy,
I got 2 of them so it's enough for the winter!

Great little radiator
This heater works wonderfully, is a great compact size, and has some great features (three different power levels, a thermostat, and a timer).
I use it in my 15x15 Master bedroom, which is a cold-spot in my house. The timer feature is great! I just set it to come on about an hour before bedtime, and by bedtime it is warm and toasty. Then I turn down the power to medium and set the thermostat to maintain the temperature. The first few nights is got so hot that we had to throw off the covers and open the door, then I got the temperature down to a science and it has been wonderful. Works like a champ!!
Works just as advertised. I have read several reviews that said the unit would smell during the first few uses. I never have had any odors from my heater, it heats my bathroom fast and easily maintains the heat.
