What Others Say

Works just great! I am very pleased.
I bought the DeLonghi Oil-filled Radiator with ComforTemp, the DeLonghi Micathermic flat panel model, and the Oil-filled Radiator without ComfortTemp. All of them work GREAT.

I have each one in a section of my @1800sq.ft.house, so that I can heat just the rooms that we are using, instead of turning on central gas heat.
The ComforTemp model heats up our entire great room/family room/dining room and kitchen, which is one big open space with hardwood floors and gets chilly.

The Micathermic model I use to warm up the hallway, bathroom, and kids' bedrooms, especially at night (on a low setting).

The non-ComforTemp model I use to warm up the master bedroom and bathroom.

They all do a fantastic ... Read More

Works great
This heater is quiet and warms the room nicely.

It would be better if it had a digital temperature setting. Also, I do not like the fact that the unit light remains on even if the settings are turned to the lowest/off. I have been unplugging the unit when it's not in use.

Overall, the best space heater I've used.

Nice Price, Compact, Light Weight but........
This is a nice compact unit and seems to work well. I have it in a 16x24 room that opens to my kitchen, dining area and hallway. Within the 1st hour, the temperature rose 1 degree. After 2 hours, the temperature was still the same. This must be becuase of the adjoining rooms. However, my furnace has not turned on since I turned this unit on. Since it is a radiator type heater, there are no fans and is silent. This is a nice feature!

The major downside to this, in my opinion, is that the face of the unit does get hot - too hot to hold your hand on. I have little children and I don't think it is a good idea to keep this on the floor with young ones around. It does have a nice feature to hang it on the wall, so this might be the ... Read More

great heater
I wish I had purchased this heater earlier. When my baby boy was worn three years ago, I used a classic ceramic room heater which was noisy and bright. It would wake him up and wake us up went it went on in the middle of the night. I researched oil-filled heaters from DeLonghi, but I ultimately settled on this Mica Panel heater, and I have been very happy. It is quiet and makes no noise. Hence, you can sleep through the night with it on. It generates no light, and thus it does not distract you either. I think it is a great product. I bought two, and am thinking about buying another.

good silent heater
I have been very impressed with this heater since I purchased it a month ago. It works well and heats the room nicely without much noise. The only complaint is that there is not an on/off button so I have to unplug it from the wall when I'm done using it. I would recommend it.
