Pleased with these Shakes.
I found the shakes to be very tasty and satisfying. I've ordered this multiple times and have had one case that turned out to be a little chunky. I determined that if I put the shakes into the fridge immediately, it's fine - but if i order 2 or more cases and leave them out until needed, they tend to get chunky - probably from getting too warm in the house. That's my theory anyway.
Poor container design
I love the shake, but the carton opening design is faulty. I have ordered this twice from Amazon. In the first shipment, two of the containers had opened and spilled their contents. In the second, there were four failures.
Great shake,before n after workout shake
Try this a few times n each time it's better n better.Good for before n after workout.Very nice for a snack drink
Really like this stuff
I use this as meal replacement near exercise(sometimes before sometimes after, sometimes both!)
I love the taste, and while yes, there can be lumpy stuff in there, to me it's like a lumpy milkshake, as the lumps taste exactly the same as the rest of the stuff.
After a good workout, it feels good going down and this stuff satisfies me quite nicely.

No matter how much I shook the "can", there was some odd textured matter that settled on the bottom and made me gag ! I had to return the rest back to the store where I bought it
