Glow stand for DS
The glow stand plugs into the cord for charging the DS and makes it a much more convenient way to recharge your DS. The glow also helps you to locate the stand even in the dark. Just a neat idea all around!
Read the Reviews!! You are Warned!
I am totally disappointed with this recharging station. It is just a dock to put your DS Lite on. As the other reviewers have said you still need your DS Lite charging cord. What's the point?! I repeat - Nintendo DS Lite Recharging Dock does NOT come with it's own charging cord. And for the money I paid for this! It really should have been it's own rechargeable battery WITH cord. Rediculous, if I could have given Nintendo DS Lite Recharging Dock zero stars I would have.
forget it
This will not charge your machine. Just get an adapter instead. This thing is pointless.
Read before you buy!
I thought I was purchasing this as a second charger for the Nintendo DS. This is not the case. The unit does not include its own plug, and requires the use of the AC adapter charger cord that came with the game. Also, if you have any kind of acrylic case or skin on your game, it has to be removed in order to fit into the dock. Item is overall a disappointment.
It's Great! Oh, About That "Glow"
This charges. Plug it in, it charges! Alright! It's a great dock! It does exactly what I wanted it to do and what I payed for.
However, the glowing light can be a little annoying, but after a while i've gotten used to it. I hope it doesnt drain the electricity bill (Like $1 a month or more but probably not) so that's why I'm giving this a 4 out of 5. Mind the glow and you'll like it.
