Most of the protein comes from whey, it is high in vitamins and minerals, and it tastes great for only 300 calories. Highly recommended.
Great Low Carb meal
This tastes absolutely delicious and makes a great meal replacement. Perfect for travelling and avoiding fast food temptations.
Tasty
Tastes good and has high amount of protein compared to the other bars. The only complaint is that after I ate these through the week my throat started to swell up after finishing one. I guess I developed some sort of allergy to them. I am trying another flavor now to see if it was just the Peanuts or something else in the bar.
Over all it's a good buy considering they are double the price at a grocery store or health food store.
