The Back to Basics Nut Roaster easily glazes all my favorites - almonds, pecans, walnuts, cashews in a quick ten minutes on top of the stove. The roaster itself looks a bit like a deep fry pan with a mixing handle in the center. One Word --- YUM!!!
Just got this for Christmas and it is wonderful. It it very easy to use and didn't take long for the finished product. The kids really liked stirring and they felt like they had really helped make something special. I used the toffee glaze with some pecans and they tasted fantastic! Everyone loved them and I can't wait to make more!
