Beautiful BIA !
BIA makes many dishes and bakeware items. I have this oval baker as well as several others in this collection. It is simple in design yet has flair about it - the gentle waves around the tops of the "cordon bleu wavy" collection make it a beautiful piece to go from oven to table. The handles make it easy to transfer from countertop to oven to table. It has a nice weight to it, bakes evenly and cleans up nicely. I wish there were more pieces to this collection. An elegant piece to bake in and set on the table.
