Great crock pot!
I've had good success in using this slow-cooker. The features I like:
*The glass lid makes it easy to see how the food is doing without letting the heat escape.
*The crock itself is a nice black color and is easy to keep in the fridge if you want to prepare ingredients the night before or keep leftovers in the same pot.
*The keep warm setting is great for serving food, especially at a party

Not Good
I think I used this total of 6 times before the crock cracked. I had my other crock pot for 12 years before it even cracked and that was because my son accidentally dropped it. I think the base is poorly made. I would not buy Hamilton Beach 7-qt. Slow Cooker - Chrome (33176) again!
