Crummy product but vendor was eventually very cooperative about returning it
This microwave is a piece of junk. The front panel is made of flimsy plastic, almost paper thin. Supposed ratings suggested it as 5 stars. No way. Was able to return it because the Sharp adhesive label had been put on the ridiculous front panel and there was no way to get the residue of the glue off so it looked permanently ugly. Thankfully, after a few unpleasant conversations with clerks, a manager at the vendor graciously accepted a return for full refund. This led to a trip to Costco where we bought a top of the line, rock solid, stainless steel Panasonic for 20% less than the cheaply made Sharp that was marketed on Amazon.
"Stainless steel?"
This unit works fine but labeling it "stainless steel" is a bit of a joke. Yes, there are a few square inches of thin stainless around the edge of the door but the interior is white painted metal and the exterior is grey painted metal. If you want stainless steel inside and out, you'll have to pay quite a lot more. Deceptive advertising.

Died after 2 months. Very disappointing. Amazon customer service claimed they are now out of stock, but apparently not. hmmmm. Beware.
Great Micro
We bought this when we did a kitchen remodel 3+ years ago, and it's still nuking along just fine. It looks great, heats-up perfectly, and has every feature my wife and I need. Highly recommended!

I purchased this as a replacement to a 10 year old nuker that blew up.
