Another great Tylenol product.!
I've taken Tylenol products for many years, from menstrual cramps to headaches to toothaches. I was really glad when the company came out with an arthritis strength; even this strength helps with other pains than arthritis even better, and helps me recover from a medical treatment that I receive once a month.
I've got to admit that I have tried the store-brand version of this, but it doesn't quite do what the Tylenol brand does. Also, an article on WEB MD recently said that the best and safest thing to take for arthritis was the ingredient in Tylenol--acetaminophen, either the extra-strength four times a day, or the arthritis-strength three times a day.
Pain relief is relative
Whatever I say about Tylenol arthritis pain medication, it is only my experience. Everyone's pain experience and relief is different. That said, I have chronic pain due to bulging discs in my lower back and bursitis flareups that affect my knees, hips, and shoulders. Throw in ruptured discs in my neck for good measure. I could be on vicodin; doctors would prescribe it, but that would effectively ruin my quality of life.
Instead, I choose to just take the top of the pain off and live with low to mid level pain. I could have chosen to take aspirin or motrin, but since I have to take something every day, these are hard on my stomach.
