We uses this at our school snack bar. It cooks evenly and fast. The clean up is also very easy. We liked it so much we even purchased another one. Great for families and large groups.
Fajita grill is okay... but could be improved
I've been able to make great quesadiilas really easily, but the replaceable plates don't seem to wash very well in the dishwasher even though they say they are dishwasher safe. Also, the grill piece seems to drain out onto the counter instead of the little tray (I think it could be made larger, then this wouldn't be a problem.
