This roaster is wonderful!
I was somewhat skeptical of using a vertical roaster, but as this was NapaStyle, I decided to try it. And I am so glad I did. It is so easy to use. The chicken comes out so moist and juicy and absolutely delicious. And cooking potatoes and onions in the bottom of the roaster is awesome. And cleanup is a breeze. I would recommend NapaStyle Vertical Chicken Roaster, Brown Tinted with Non-Stick Interior and Exterior 100%. I give it ten stars!!!
Terrific with the Garlic rub from Napastyle
I received this as a gift and loved it. I purchased additional garlic rub from the Napastyle store in Pasadena. The vertical cooker is great since it a way to make a delicious meal that is also healthy for you. I use the garlic rub and olive oil and cut potatoes and place them at the bottom of the pan to roast.

My roast chicken was outstanding, and the cleanup was trivial. I didn't have to scrub a pan or a rack, just wipe off the tray.
