Unfortunetly I was unable to keep the deep dish pizza pans. I ordered two of them since they are so hard to find and when they arrived they both were in a million pieces. I had to return them. Since there is no way to speak to anyone at amazon and no one could guarentee that the stone would be package differntly I requested a full refund.

A great addition for pizza lovers who already have a flat oven stone. I waited years to get one of these and now wish i hadn't waited so long. Makes deep dish pizza MUCH better than my old 9x11 aluminum pan. It's just the right size for the amount of pre-made dough you can purchase in most grocery stores. Simply dust with a little corn meal, through in the dough and fill 'er up! But wait, there's more -- makes superb tool for baking biscuits, brownies and it's absolute dynamite for quiche - just adjust your cooking time for the extra thickness.
