Tough stuff!
This thing is built very strong! I am a small person and I am sure it can hold guys much bigger than me. Solid and sturdy. I just wish I actually used it more! This is very important to develop the lower abs. Crunches only get you the upper abs. The economy is tough so I cancelled my gym membership to save a few bucks a month.
