You can't go wrong
After realizing that I hardly did any physical activities, I decided that I needed to workout. Running seemed like the best thing to do since I use to run back in the day. Now that I've put on some weight and became out of shape, running became more painful. Painful in that my thighs would rub against each other. I was faced with a decision.
