My husband and I go to France just about once a year. We love duck confit. Rougié Duck Confit 6/8 duck legs 1915 grams (67.5 oz) Rougie is just fabulous, I use the duck fat for roast potatoes, the flavor is absolutely wonderful. Served with a salad and those roast potatoes, its like being back in France!!
