Works great!
I've owned this mug warmer for over a year, and it works great. I keep it next to my computer at work and use it to keep my tea/coffee warm. It keeps liquid very warm without getting too hot (scalding). I sometimes use it to reheat a cooled off beverage. The power cord is a bit short. It might be nice to have an automatic shut off...after an hour, just for safety. But I am very pleased with the device and would recommend it to others.
