This fan is great in the way it fits on your computer table and how it blows cool air at you while you work on the computer, surf the net, study, etc. I would highly recommend this fan and it goes for a great low price (I purchased it for only $12 at Wal-Mart last year).
Quiet, perfect for office use
I keep this fan at my desk at work, and I think it is perfect for that. The Low setting is practically silent (similar noise to some CPU fans). It doesn't move a ton of air at this setting, but it is definitely sufficient for an office where we have AC anyway. My one complaint would be that the High setting is significantly louder, so I keep mine on Low all the time.

This fan works great. Only complaint I have its impossible to keep clean really needs a filter system or something.
