I haven't received the first issue of the magazine I ordered, so I am not in a position to review the product. I'm not expecting anything until the March issue. If I don't get that one (since I ordered before Christmas), then I'll expect some answers. OK for now.
Eh
WAYYY too much emphasis on metal, and almost all their big features are about some rock star who's designed a signature amp. Guitar Player is far more inclusive of other styles and they actually focus on the guitar.
For the Electric Guitarist
I've been a subscriber for some time now and I find this magazine to be a great bargain. This magazine/CD combo is a must for the electric guitarist. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that there is too much emphasis on metal for my taste.
