I absolutely LOVE the NuWave! It is so fast and convenient. I use mine on the average of 4 x a week. I do think it takes a tiny bit longer than instructions say. But this is also do as to how you like your food cooked. But if mine stopped working today, and I would immediately send for a second one!
waste of time and money
The cook times are over twice of what they claim, the worst customer service I had ever had to deal with. I am still waiting for a refund. I sent the oven back over a month ago via cerified mail, They signed for it and they continue to charge my account. When they tell me on the phone that they will refund my account. Do not buy this item.

I am very happy with the NUWAVE INFRARED OVEN, I have cooked chicken in it and it came out browned very well and juicey, i also did spare ribs and i can't beleive it my family ate everyone of them it cooked perfectly i also cooked lamb it browned the meat great and not dried out. My husband was watching me and said he was going to cook the next time which makes me very HAPPY, I really like it and recommend it to everyone.
