I JUST BOUGHT THE GRILL AND COOKED 2 INCH STEAKS ON IT LAST NIGHT,THEY WERE SOOO JUICY AND TENDER ITS AMAZING, I USUALLY COOK THEM IN THE OVEN OR BROIL THEM... NO NO NO, THAT TAKES ALL THE JUICES OUT. MY HUSBAND LOVES STEAKS AND I FINALLY GOT IT RIGHT!!! SO IF U ARE DECIDING TO BY THIS ITEM BUT STILL ON THE FENCE, DONT HESITATE ONE MINUTE IT IS WELL WORTH THE PRICE. CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: THE GRILL CAN NOT BE REMOVED TO WASH SO HAVE WATER AND SOAP READY AFTER AND SCRUB THE GREASE OFF, MAKE SURE U LAY A TOWEL OR MAT DOWN BECAUSE GREASE WILL GET ON THE GROUND IF U REMOVE THE GREASE TRAY. Don't knock the electric grill
If I hadn't moved to a condo, I never would have purchased an electric grill. Unfortunately, due to fire hazards and whatnot, we are not allowed to have a gas or charcoal grill, so this was our only option.
My dad had his eye on this one, so I ordered it for Father's Day. He has used it just about every night since. Originally he would have nightly grill-outs on our small deck, but when it became overcast he pulled it inside and casually made burgers, hotdogs, whatever was in the fridge at the time. He even uses it to heat things up, like when he's re-warming ribs.

disappointing
I had purchased the original George Foreman Round Indoor/Outdoor Grill about 5 years ago. We were ready for our 2nd grill so I bought one. I was very disappointed. Our original grill was much better quality in the body. It allowed the user to take the grill out and actually wash it thoroughly if one was careful not to wash the plug unit. But the new one is just a cheap knock off of the original. The drip tray is in the new one is much better, but that is really the only positive comment I have on this grill.
Perfect combo, quality and price
I bought this George Froeman grill as an anniversary gift for my daughter and her husband. They were thrilled with the convenience, the size, the grease catcher and the ease of cleaning. It lives happily on their big deck. They had a gas grill, but find the convenience of the electric grill is most efficient for their large, busy family.

Great grill for the money!
I replaced my counter grill with this one, and it far meets my expectations. It has a large grilling area. I haven't used it outside but when the grandkids come over, I'm sure they would like a cookout.
